Industrial Robot UR5

Our robot arm UR5 is a collaborative robot, meaning it supports human-machine interaction without a fence.

The robot arm is used for automatization of measurement processes, as a reference for sensor- and multi-sensor-calibrations as well as a reference for kinematic positioning tasks. Moreover, it serves as a test object for model developments in the field of system identification.

Industrial Metrology


Laser Interferometer Agilent

For large volume metrology we use a Laser Interferometer from Agilent, which has a measurement range up to 80 metres. It is a He-Ne Interferometer with automatically tuned Zeeman-split two-frequency output.

The proprietary IMU/GNSS Integration Unit from NovAtel is used as a 6 degree of freedom eference in kinematic measurement tasks. The Synchronized Position Attitude Navigation (SPAN) system features a tight integration of a NovAtel GNSS receiver and in our case an iMAR IMU-FSAS (with fibre optic gyros) IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) data. As a result one can measure position, velocity and attitude at an output rate of 200 Hz. span.PNG

Scanning Multistation Leica MS50

For space continuous tasks we use a scanning multistaion Leica MS50. This hybrid of total station and scanner can be used to create georeferenced pointclouds from multiple standpoints in the field. In combination with a reliable monitoring system the MS50 can be used for space continuous monitoring tasks. ms50.jpgLeica MS50
